This season we're placing special emphasis on fitness and conditioning under the guidance of Coach Farid Gharbi. New fitness protocols include: - Pre-season conditioning assessments - Personalized training programs - Injury prevention workshops - Nutrition guidance sessions All players across all categories will benefit from these enhanced fitness programs. The goal is to improve performance while reducing injury risk. Special fitness sessions are being added to the regular training schedule.
